1. Acceptance of Terms
These Website Terms & Conditions govern use of the FAWLEP website. By accessing or using the website, visitors agree to use it in a lawful manner and consistent with these Terms. Final legal language should be reviewed before publication.

2. Website Purpose
The FAWLEP website provides information about the Association, membership, leadership, programs, events, professional development, mentorship, committees, scholarships, awards, volunteer opportunities, and other FAWLEP activities. Website content is intended for informational and organizational purposes.
3. Membership Information
Membership eligibility, classifications, dues, voting rights, and related requirements are governed by FAWLEP’s current governing documents and approved policies. Website summaries are intended to help visitors understand membership opportunities but should not override the Association’s governing documents.

4. Event & Program Information
Event dates, locations, speakers, registration requirements, costs, availability, and other details may change. FAWLEP should update event listings when changes are confirmed. Any cancellation, refund, transfer, or registration policy should be published only after FAWLEP establishes and approves the applicable policy.
5. Intellectual Property & FAWLEP Branding
FAWLEP names, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, documents, and other Association materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Visitors should not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use FAWLEP branding or materials in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without appropriate permission. Final language should be reviewed based on FAWLEP’s actual trademark and content ownership status.

6. User-Submitted Information & Materials
Visitors and members may be able to submit messages, applications, event information, photographs, biographies, nominations, or other materials. Individuals should submit only information they are authorized to provide. FAWLEP should establish any additional content-license or publication-consent terms before accepting materials intended for public publication.

7. Acceptable Use
Visitors should not use the website to engage in unlawful activity, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false or misleading information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems or data, transmit malicious code, or misuse FAWLEP’s name, services, or website resources.

8. Third-Party Links & Services
The website may link to external websites and services. FAWLEP does not control third-party websites. Any final disclaimer concerning third-party content, availability, security, or practices should be reviewed as part of the legal review of these Terms.

9. Website Availability & Accuracy
FAWLEP may update, correct, remove, or change website content as organizational information changes. Visitors should contact FAWLEP when they need confirmation of time-sensitive membership, event, scholarship, or program information.

10. Restricted Member Areas
If FAWLEP later creates password-protected member resources or a Digital Welcome Center requiring authentication, additional account, password, access, and acceptable-use terms should be developed before launch. These provisions are not included because the final member-access model has not yet been confirmed.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation Language
FAWLEP should obtain legal review before publishing warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification provisions, governing-law clauses, dispute-resolution provisions, or similar legal terms. These provisions are intentionally not drafted as final terms in this working document because FAWLEP has not provided approved policies for them.

12. Changes to Website Terms
FAWLEP may revise the Website Terms as the website, Association programs, or applicable requirements change. The final approved Terms should display an effective or last-updated date.
