Brittney Valarezo serves as Chair of Membership for FAWLEP, where she advances member engagement and fosters meaningful connections among women leaders seeking professional growth and community impact.

Brittney holds certifications in project management, sustainability, and public safety chief-of-staff practices; her expertise spans forensic science and victim identification. As a public safety and project management professional, Brittney brings experience supporting executive law enforcement leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and delivering complex, high-priority operational programs, such as Project Green Light Miami-Dade.
